General info:
This is the nondescript background theme of the first stage. Supposedly it also acts as X's theme.

About the original:
Well, this song is a bit... meh. The contrast to the musical originality of the first game becomes very obvious in this game, according to me. Also, the instrumentation is a bit weak compared to the previous game, which makes me think that they sacrificed sound for graphics in MMX2.

Motivation:
Requested by Sword-Bolt.

Sequencing the MIDI:
Well, the drums were a real hassle in this MIDI. Since it moves along at such high speed I had to play it hundreds of times before I got it right. Also, the guitars were a bit tough to sort out, because they sort of blend in with each other in the original.

About the ending result:
I think it turned out fairly good.
