General info:
A fairly standard battle theme that plays as you take on the bosses of Mega Man X7.

About the original:
Well, I can't make up my mind when it comes to this tune. I like it, and at the same time, I really don't. I think my big problem with it lies in the fact that it doesn't at all feel "related" to the other songs in Mega Man X7, and thus it comes out as sounding slightly out of place. Instrumentation is nice, though, and it has its really cool moments (the second part of the song, mostly).

Motivation:
I started on this by myself ages ago, but then Sword-Bolt asked for it and it was bumped up high on the list.

Sequencing the MIDI:
I have a sort of uneasy truce with this MIDI. The drums were pure hell to figure out, getting the hang of what the heck the background was doing at 0:38-0:41 was extremely tedious, and let's not even discuss those background arpeggios. I think I got them down rather exact. Exact enough, anyway.

About the ending result:
I think it turned out pretty good. This MIDI will probably be subject to a major overhaul in a few months, though.
